On Friday 3rd December over 125 guests attended our first Home-Start Northampton Sports Dinner at Old Northamptonians Club House on the Billing Road. It was hosted by our patrons Paul and Emma Grayson who were joined by their good friend Matt Dawson. Matt talked about Master Chef and Strictly as well as his time on Question of Sport. Matt and Paul also told stories of their rugby playing days for Northampton Saints, England and the British Lions.
The evening was supported by local businesses providing us with auction and raffle prizes and also attending the event. The evening was a great success and an amazing £13k was raised; this will enable Home-Start to support a further 10 local families next year.
